Robert Fink (Business Administration and Economics) has had the article “Lessons from the 2008-2009 US Banking Crisis” accepted for publication by the peer-reviewed Journal of Applied Business and Economics. He co-authored the article with Ken Hatten, Ph.D., of Boston University; William James, Ph.D., of Hofstra University, in New York; and James Keeler Ph.D., of Kenyon College, in Ohio.
Fink is the lead author of “Relational Focus in Long Duration Buyer Seller Relationships,” which was published by the International Journal of Management and Decision Making in 2017. Linda Edelman D.B.A., of Bentley University, Keeler, and Hatten were the co-authors of the publication. Fink is the co-author of “Macneil’s Relational Norms and the Non-Mirrored Ends Proposition,” alongside Hatten, James, and Keeler. The article was published in the Journal of Marketing Channels in 2012. Fink is also the lead author of “Customer Perceptions of Dependency in Customer-Supplier Relationships,” co-authored by James and Hatten. In 2011, it was published in the Journal of Strategic Marketing.
