Stephen A. Morreale (Criminal Justice) recently presented and facilitated sessions on leadership at the Senior Leadership Seminar held at the Tewksbury Police Headquarters. On March 27, the Northeast Middlesex Law Enforcement Council (NEMLEC) sponsored the training delivered by Roger Williams University, Justice System Training Council.
Twenty-two lieutenants and captains were in attendance from the police departments of Tewksbury, Amesbury, Burlington, Beverly, Sturbridge, Stoneham, Tewksbury, Lowell and Nashua, N.H., police departments. The focus was on organizational change, leadership, planning, coaching, and customer service.
On April 3, Morreale presented a day-long session on leadership for police sergeants from throughout New England at Roger Williams University. Attendees included representatives from Pawtucket, R.I., Keene, N.H., Concord, N.H., Guilford, Conn., Dedham, Mass., South Burlington, Vt., North Smithfield, R.I., Hamden, Conn., Babson College Public Safety, Willimantic, Conn., Berlin, N.H., Exeter, N.H., Wallingford, Conn., Naugatuck, Conn., Amherst, N.H., Wareham, Mass., Gorham, N.H., and Manchester, Vt.
