Worcester State’s Center for Business and Industry (CBI) is offering current students and alumni a 10 percent discount on an intensive 14-week coding course for those interested in becoming a web developer.
The Web Development Boot Camp, which starts on Monday, June 8, includes 12 hours each week (on nights and weekends) of on-campus class time with industry-practitioner instructors who are coders by day and instructors by night, plus up to 10 hours of project work and exercises each week. Students get practical, hands-on training that will allow them to build a portfolio while also gaining real-world project experience and growing their industry network.
The coding boot camp is just one of many courses and certificate programs offered by CBI that are helping to advance the workforce skills of individuals in the community and employees in partner organizations. Credit and non-credit training can be delivered at a company’s or WSU’s campus, online, or a combination of the two. See all of CBI’s course offerings online.
