Sudha Swaminathan (Earth, Environment, and Physics) recently attended a workshop titled “Chemistry in Art” in Bismarck, North Dakota, that was sponsored by the National Science Foundation. Swaminathan was one of 20 participants chosen from across the United States. During the workshop, Swaminathan discussed Worcester State University’s “Physics in Art” course and the “Physics at WAM” tour of the Worcester Art Museum (WAM), both of which were developed with Francisco Lamelas, from the same department (Earth, Environment, and Physics).
