Woods-Weierman Chairs Panel on Debts and Colonial Slavery

Karen Woods-Weierman (English) chaired a panel, “Debts and the Memories of Colonial Slavery,” at the American Studies Association’s annual conference on November 21-24 in Washington, D. C.

This year’s conference was titled “Beyond the Logic of Debt: Toward an Ethics of Collective Dissent.”
