Worcester State University invites alumni back to campus for Reunion Weekend May 12 and 13, 2023. “We have a great weekend planned and are excited to welcome our alumni to campus,” said Tara Hancock, executive director of alumni relations and engagement.
The weekend starts on Friday, May 12, with a Golden Graduates luncheon celebrating all our alumni who graduated 50 or more years ago. The luncheon, which costs $20 per ticket, will run from 11:30 am to 1 pm in the Wellness Center. Individuals interested in attending can register online [1].
Alumni of the psychology program will hold their reunion at 5:30 pm on Friday in Sheehan Hall, Room 109. Tickets cost $20 and include admission to Party on the Eve. Registration and an attendee list can be found online. [2]
The annual Party on the Eve—a celebration welcoming the Class of 2023 to the alumni family on the eve of their graduation ceremony—starts at 6 pm on Friday on the Wasylean Hall Patio. Individuals from any class year can mingle and network with fellow Worcester State alumni while enjoying food, music, games and activities, and a cash bar. Advance tickets for alumni are $15 and can be purchased online [3]. Tickets at the door are $20. Students from the Class of 2023 get in free. The first 100 seniors to register by May 5 will receive a special gift from the Class of 2023 Council, so register now! [4]
On Saturday, May 13, the Class of 1973 will have their 50th reunion luncheon at President Barry M. Maloney’s house. Alumni from the Class of 1973 can register online [5].
