Stephen A. Morreale (Criminal Justice) facilitated sessions at the Middle Eastern Partnership Initiative (MEPI) Civic Engagement Leadership Institute at Roger Williams University. MEPI is a U.S. State Department sponsored program delivered in the United States at Georgetown University, University of Montana, Benedictine University, Roger Williams University and University of Delaware.
Dr. Morreale facilitated several daylong sessions focused on leadership, project development and assisted in the final development of the projects which were presented at the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation in Seattle, Washington.
Twenty college students were selected to participate in the MEPI program. They represented Gaza, Saudi Arabia, Iraq, Algeria, Libya, Palestine, Bahrain, Syria, Tunisia, Morocco, Egypt and Jordan.
