Dr. Susanna Meyer (Communication Sciences and Disorders), Ann Veneziano-Korzec (Communication Sciences and Disorders), Linda Larrivee (Education Health and Natural Sciences), and Katrina Stacy (Worcester Art Museum) published an article entitled “Improving Museum Docents’ Communication Skills” in Curator: The Museum Journal, which presents the results of a study that evaluated a program to help museum docents improve accessibility for visitors with communication challenges such as hearing, language, and/or speech disorders.
