The Mathematical Association of America has published a book, Resources for Preparing Middle School Mathematics Teachers, co-edited by Maria Fung (Mathematics).
The e-book is a collection of articles in response to the Mathematics Education of Teachers document that made it critical that special programs and courses for mathematics middles school teachers emerge. The articles were chosen to disseminate various middle school programs’ structures, to detail methods of teaching specific middle school teacher content courses, and to share materials and resources.
