Daniel Hunt (Communication) recently published an article and a manuscript in the Journal of Media Literacy titled “Images of the Self: The Role of Photographic Communication in Digital Literacy Education.” The article discusses strategies for teaching students how to effectively communicate using images.
Hunt also co-authored a manuscript titled “Photo-messaging: Adopter Attributes, technology factors and use motives” published in the journal Computers in Human Behavior. The study examined how innovativeness, impression management motives, and specific technology attributes impact photo-messaging and online photo sharing. The co-authors re Carolyn A. Lin and David J. Atkin, both from the University of Connecticut.
