Margarita Perez (Education) was selected by the governor’s office to be recognized for her contributions to educational excellence.
In celebration of Hispanic Heritage Month and Education Month, the Patrick/Murray Administration will recognize Latino educators from across the state who represent all facets of our public education system from pre-K through higher education.
Governor Deval L. Patrick will honor Perez with this recognition on Thursday, October 6 at the State House for a Hispanic Heritage Month celebration. The Latino Educational Excellence recognition will be presented at this event.
