Patricia Marshall (Academic Affairs) recently participated in a panel at an Upward Bound Conference at Boston University.
She joined other program alumni, elected officials, business leaders, educational opportunity program staff, and college presidents and administrators who convened in Boston to recognize the impact of Upward Bound and consider ways to extend the universal need of higher education equal opportunity.
