Worcester State University has been granted renewed accreditation with a two-year look back in 2015 on two of the 11 standards for accreditation: strategic planning and continued assessment of student learning outcomes; the other accreditation standards will be re-examined in 2017 at the five-year mark.
This notification signals the successful completion of a process begun here on campus more than two years ago, and reflects the thorough and diligent work of so many of our colleagues over that time period.
On behalf of all of us in our campus community, WSU President Barry M. Maloney commends co-chairs of the reaccreditation process, Andrea Bilics and Daron Barnard, for this success. The NEASC self-study is available on the WSU website’s awards and recognition page.
