LeighAnn Soucy (Academic Success Center) has recently been named an appointee to the Worcester City Manager’s Advisory Committee on Youth.
The committee’s responsibilities include advising and assisting the Youth Opportunities Coordinator and city manager on matters affecting youths, as well as creating and adopting a five year “Agenda for Youth” which contains recommendation for jobs, programs, services, and initiatives to benefit youth.
Her official appointment will take place at a later date.
