Stephen A. Morreale (Criminal Justice) recently facilitated training sessions at Middlesex Community College in Bedford, Mass., working in conjunction with Suffolk University and the Lowell Police Department.
Morreale provided sessions focused on accountability, ethics risk management, and performance management. The sessions are aimed at sergeants representing the Lowell, Cambridge, Bedford, and the Dracut police departments.
The leadership sessions are held over a 6-week period and are intended to build the leadership and management capacity of the agency first-line supervisors.
