The university hosted close to 80 Loyal Lancers on June 15 with a cocktail reception at President Barry Maloney’s home. The Loyal Lancer Society represents the newest donor recognition society, honoring all those individuals who have made a gift to the university in any amount for at least the last five consecutive fiscal years, (July 1 through June 30). As the largest donor recognition society, the Loyal Lancers includes alumni, friends, faculty, staff, board members, and parents, and have surpassed 600+ members in year two.
“Sustained annual giving not only helps the university remain fiscally strong and helps support long-term planning, it also creates a robust and connected community whose engagement fosters a thriving campus,” said Vice President of University Advancement Tom McNamara. “Thank you to our many Loyal Lancers whose enduring partnership continues to support student success each year.”
